wsl does not load and bash does not restart my .bashrc

I have a problem with my Ubuntu WSL. When I have to update my .bashrc to add new aliasesI usually digit "bash" command line. However, it does not reload anymore and it remains as you see in the picture. I have always to do ctrl+C to interrupt the process.The same is when I start wsl. The screen remains black and I have to ctrl+C to interrupt what it is doing and start working. What could it be? I use Windows terminal.
