No such file or Directory, command line ubuntu subsystem windows 10 [duplicate]

 ~$ cd E:
-bash: cd: E:: No such file or directory

I tried

 ~$ cd ~/xampp
-bash: cd: /home/mt/xampp: No such file or directory

I want to change directory disk E: , cause xampp install in E: , but I dont know where I am and how to change directory
