error trying to overwrite cp: overwrite '/root/./fablo-config.json'?

i'm trying to follow this steps to install fablo for hyperledger fabric on vs
https://github.com/hyperledger-labs/fablo#managing-chaincodes
but when i try this command it shows error message

./fablo init
create fablo-config.jsonSample config file created! :)You can start your network with 'fablo up' command
cp: overwrite '/root/./fablo-config.json'?
