Lxde not functioning properly on WSL2

I have installed LXDE on the latest Ubuntu LTS on WSL2. I then installed lxde using sudo apt install lxde. I have also installed vcxsrv. I set export DISPLAY=:0 and export LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1. I then started vcxsrv in One Big Window mode with the display number 0. Then, I ran startlxde. This started. However, when doing so, the taskbar appeared separately on the windows taskbar from lxde and when clicked on it appeared in the center of the screen. Why is this? How can I make it appear in the same app and on the bottom of the screen? Thank you.
