Error Code: 0x8000ffff: An error occurred during installation. Distribution Name: 'Ubuntu 20.04 LTS'

Seems like I have an issue with installing linux distro on WSL2 in windows 10.Earlier I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 in my wsl and was working fine. Then I tried to uninstall python from ubuntu 20.04 and somehow messed up. so i unregistered both ubuntu's.

Now I am trying to install it again by:

wsl --install -d Ubuntu-20.04

and the error is coming as follows:

Installing: Ubuntu 20.04 LTSAn error occurred during installation. Distribution Name: 'Ubuntu 20.04 LTS' Error Code: 0x8000ffff

I tried to update the wsl by

wsl --update

and it is showing an error as well. What might be the issue?

and "Turn Windows features on or off" I have enabled:
