GUI linux won't start on Oracle Linux 8

Hello i'm trying to get the GUI up and running in windows 11
my choosed linux distro is Oracle 8 Linux

This are the steps made in the Wsl console:

With the command ipconfig/all in windows i can see that the Xming server is online

looking online i did not understand how to resolve this issue.
Anything seems to point that the server is not running but it is.
