element not found when installing wsl on windows 11

I'm trying to install a wsl on Windows 11 when suddenly the progress halted at 90% and showed the message "element not found". how do I fix it? I tried to update Windows to the newest version but it still doesn't work. I also already enabled the virtualization and hyper-v but still doesn't work.enter image description here
