not foundrm error when executing command in Windows Subsystem

I have installed ubuntu 18.04 on my Windows 10 SubSystem. I am getting the following error when type npm and press enter. I get same error when I try to execute git commit "test"

NodeJs v8.10.0 is installed already on the sub-system.
