mail is part of mailutils and was installed in Ubuntu 22.04.
From the session logs I understand mailutils was first upgraded from 1:3.14-1 to 1:3.17-1, but a bit later in the upgrade regarded as obsolete.
Is there a good reason mailutils got removed?
