I encountered this error today (I opened the same folder yesterday and it worked just fine). Can't open either of the folders. I am the only user and in Windows settings I am administrator. Restarting doesn't solve the issue.
I found similar questions on this site but they all addressed uninstall process, but I don't want to uninstall/reinstall it.
