Ubuntu 24.04 closes automatically when I try to open it in normal mode, however it works fine I open it in WSL as Administrator

Ubuntu 24.04 closes automatically when I try to open it with WSL.exe in normal mode, however it works fine when I try to open it with WSL.exe as Administrator. I am using Windows 11 Pro 26100.2894 on my device.

wsl.exe - Application Error The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application. 

I get the above error message when the application is auto closing every time.
