wsl Ubuntu and local users

I have recently installed Ubuntu 22.04 on a Windows pc through wsl.This is the code I used:

wsl --install -d Ubuntu-22.04

From the Start menu, if I type "ubuntu", I can see it and open it.However, if I change Windows user, I do not see it anymore.

Is there a way to make it available for all the Windows users?
