How to get rid of graphical streaks on WSL1 and X11 server?

I have a WSL1 app in my Windows10 on my laptop. I installed VcXsrv and I launch it and I manually specify the Display Number to be 0 . I do: $export DISPLAY=:0 in the WSL1 bash. I installed the xfce4 window manager in WSL1 and I can launch xfce4-session in WSL1 when the VcXsrv is open. All works fine.

I have problems with some graphical glitches. I launch a GUI application using the xfce4 terminal. Some streaks appear from time to time in that GUI. Especially when I scroll very fast through a lot of text. This is annoying and it doesn't disappear after a time. Only scrolling in the opposite direction helps a bit, but never restores the full text, but only parts of it, the right half being artificially position bit higher / lower than its left part. Terrible. I am attaching a screenshot with a representative example.Streaks!

I don't know how to solve this or what shall I search for to solve it. I tried to do Google searches for graphical streaks in WSL1 etc, but with no result. Please can you give me some pointers OR tell me IF I CAN SOLVE IT at all?

Also, in the WSL1 bash terminal (in a Windows Terminal bash set to Ubuntu from the drop-menu) if I enter a command which is too long and spans 2 rows and then delete part of it and I want to re-write after I deleted that half, the same streaks behavior appears. The letters I type overlap the remaining ones for no reason and a mess arises. Sometimes it also doesn't delete the whole command, but stops at around 4-5 characters before the first character after the $
